The Mister and I have set a joint resolution to lose about 20 pounds each, and it’s a contest because we’re super competitive, and I’m going to win this because he always has to win at board games and I hate it.
We’ve weighed in. We’ve bought “health” foods (basically less fattening versions of bread and also more fresh fruits and veggies). We’ve downloaded the My Fitness Pal app on our devices. We have no plan, except to eat better. We might even work out a little bit. We have measured the sum of our body parts (my calves are bigger than the Mister’s! I win!) and created charts so we can see where we are visually.
